Dear Jerry,
I wanted to take the time to drop you a note after you finished the repair of my Mustang. It has been a week and I have put a fair number of miles on it.
I can tell you I am absolutely thrilled with the repairs on the car. Despite the amount of damage done to it when that light pole leapt out into the middle of the street 8 weeks ago, I cannot find a single thing wrong with the car. I would be hard pressed to tell it had ever been in an accident.
Beyond the mechanical work completed, I was most impressed with the paint job that San Tan Auto Body did. If I didn’t know better I would swear you painted the whole car. The color matching is perfect between the new body and the old. It is impossible to distinguish between the two.
What impressed me the most about the experience are things that, quite honestly, do not have anything to do with collision repair. The communication coming out of your shop was prompt, complete, honest, and positive. If you remember, my wife had the car delivered to you from another body shop. Neither of us was in a great frame of mind by the time you received the car. You listened to what we had to say, understood what our concerns were, and proceeded to take the burden of dealing with the insurance adjustors off our shoulders. Within two days you accomplished what we had failed to do in ten.
My wife spent considerable time on the phone with you during the repair process. You waited patiently for us to make decisions, and never failed to make her feel like she was the only person you had to take care of; starting with the very first day you met her. Even though I met you just once, you spent an hour with me going over the car when I came to pick it up. I cannot remember when we last received that kind of customer service.
I realize that, as a business owner myself, what I am relating to you are exactly the result you expect from your staff. I still enjoy hearing it from my customers, and I hope you do as well. Please pass along my gratitude to the entire team working at San Tan Auto Body for the fantastic work they did on my car.
I expect that I am not the first person to write you, thrilled with your work, and I doubt seriously if I will be the last. While I hope of course to never need your services again, please know that I will refer anyone I know that is in need of collision repair to San Tan Auto Body.
